Our Dark Roast Single Origin Colombian has a full bodied flavor with balanced acidity.

The mountainous terrain of Colombia is the perfect condition for growing coffee Arabica. High altitudes with warm temperatures and plenty of shade are ideal for coffee production.

Shipping Information

We roast all of our hand-crafted, artisan coffees to order, and ship within 2 business days of receiving your order, Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped whole bean, unless otherwise specified.

Orders shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail do not have a guaranteed delivery time (including USPS shipments stating ‘2-day’ or ‘1-day’ etc.). If you are placing a time sensitive order, please contact us to determine your best available shipping options.

If you would like us to pre-grind your coffee, please specify your brewing method using the drop-down menu when you select the coffee beans you wish to purchase. We highly recommend that you:

  • Order whole beans to guarantee quality and freshness.
  • Grind only the amount of beans you need for immediate use.
  • Store your whole or ground beans in an airtight container, away from sunlight in a cool location.
  • Do not refrigerate or freeze your whole or ground beans.

The bags we use to ship our coffees are ideal for storage, as long as you keep the opened bag rolled up tight and well-sealed, to keep oxygen and light to a minimum. Store in a dry, cool location.
